Omar N. Al-Midani
Omar N. Al-Midani is the Chief Executive Officer of Beatona a leading Saudi Arabian Project Development & Investment Company in the Environmental Treatment Infrastructure, Waste Management, Recycling and Waste – to – Energy Sectors with active investments across the Middle East, North Africa and Eastern Europe.
Beatona is a Subsidiary of ACWA Holding, a pioneer in the Privatization of State Owned Utilities in Saudi Arabia and with cumulative investments in excess of $16 Billion US Dollars.
Omar has been leading Beatona’s foray into the Solid Waste Management Sector from its inception in 2011 through to its current position as an avant-garde developer of integrated & standalone projects offering a win-win solution for the Environment, Public and Private Sectors.
Prior to joining Beatona, Omar was the VP Business Development for the Saudi Arabian Trading & Construction Company (SATCO), a large Saudi Construction and Industrial Services Company operating across General Contracting & Construction, Airport Support Services, Integrated Facilities Management and Total Life Support Services.
His experience and exposure drives him best in strategic forward-planning; operating within the financial disciplines; methodical administration to deadlines and the application of modern leadership skills.
Omar is a member of the Young Presidents Organization and holds a Bachelors of Commerce Degree (Finance) with Honors from the John Molson School of Business in Montreal, Canada.
